Old School Noobs (OSN) is an Everquest guild on the Mischief Time Locked Progression (TLP) server. OSN is a casual and friendly guild that encourages guild groups and participation.
The majority of our members are recently returning EQ players that have played since nearly the games inception. A group of folks that are packed with experiences from the past and are redeveloping and relearning skills from those experiences together as a team. Hence the guild title, Old School Noobs.
We are what you would consider a North American guild as most of the members are in the Eastern, Central, and Pacific time zones.
Currently we have been raiding a few times a week as we work on gearing and epics. Raids are not required but are encouraged as they help to increase our skills and abilities as a pack. Sometimes the raids are scheduled, sometimes they are spontaneous.
OSN is openly recruiting new members. There are no level, class, or gear requirements. We only ask that you respect the rules of no drama and absolutely no politics. Essentially in the words of Bill and Ted, Be Excellent to Each Other. Most EQ players play this fantasy MMORPG to get away from the bullshit of the day. We like to respect that.
The future of OSN depends of course on the actions of its members and leadership. With that said, our focus is to create a player setting where members can have the best of casual, friendly experiences and the benefits of a guild that actively raids and pushes boundaries of new content. In essence, we take care of each other.
